AIRPLUS Industrial Corp. is expanding its footprint in British Columbia through a strategic joint venture with WZ, an Indigenous, woman-led company with deep regulatory and regional expertise. Together, AIRPLUS Joint Venture delivers compliant, turnkey clean-air, dust and fume control, fire and explosion protection, and compressed air solutions—supported by design-build delivery, rentals, parts, and 24/7 service. This collaboration brings engineered expertise, local insight, and a shared commitment to safety, reliability, and excellence across BC’s industrial landscape.
AIRPLUS Industrial Corp., an ISO 9001:2015 engineering and project-delivery firm that designs, builds, installs, commissions, and maintains combustible dust and fume control systems, compressed-air and industrial vacuum packages, and fire/explosion protection, and WZ, a British Columbia–based Indigenous, woman-led company, announce a joint venture to pursue compliant, turnkey clean-air and protection projects across British Columbia through design-build contracts, rentals, parts, and 24/7 service.
The joint venture, AIRPLUS Joint Venture, combines AIRPLUS Industrial Corp.’s expertise in the sale, supply, installation, rentals, service, and maintenance of fire prevention, dust and fume control, and air quality systems with WZ’s market insight and regulatory, environmental, and Indigenous expertise. The collaboration will jointly pursue contracts related to the sale, supply, installation, and maintenance of critical industrial systems across British Columbia.

The joint venture will operate under the name AIRPLUS Joint Venture and will focus on soliciting, negotiating, and executing contracts for the provision of specialized industrial services. The collaboration includes a clear governance framework with mutual approval processes for new opportunities and shared responsibilities for management, operations, and reporting.
